Musicproducerpro.com took the payment, never received the product, and couldn't access the membership area b/c no link was provided to do so. Contact email non working

I ordered the product thru a process of online download. I didn't expect any hard material to be received via mail.
Upon ordering the product, i was to receive a link to access the member area. None was provided. I sent an email to the contact (support) email and it came back defunct.
Did not get my money back. 30.00.
