Reverse Payments

I set up a student loan with Sallie Mae. When it came time to pay them back, they kept reversing my payments for no reason. I definitely had the finances to support the checks that I was writing. They would reverse the payments on the day that they were due. Because of this, I would get late fees for "not paying on time". The check was there, and was valid. They were just revering them for no good reason.
