No financial aid

I've had the toughest moment looking to get info on my educational funding, first I was informed that my second-quarter I around invested and so I was not likely to get financial aid and so I said okay. Our next quater was never prepared and who understands what is happening with my next and sixth groups. After I required my extra resources back (in Oct.) I had been informed it'd consider 10 months to get it nicely below we're nearly february but still nothing! I'd not suggest Heald to anybody today I am caught playing backwards and forwards using the educational funding division being unsure of how to proceed. If anybody has any recommendations I am available to reading it.
