Consumer Grants USA rip-off!

I had an unsoliciated phone call and they ended up charging my account with a check by phone. I don't remember even giving them the information on my account. The company is refusing to give back any refund. The people that I had talked to were rude and inconsiturate. Refusing to even let me talk to the supervisor. I was told then after demanding to talk to the supervisor that they would call me back. I still haven't heard from them. My bank is telling me that there is nothing they can do.
