9/6/04 received email solicitation to receive a $50.00 gift certificate[to 1 of several choices] for restaurant After filling out a multipage questionaire AND selecting from a list an offer from 1 of the advertisers.
Filled out, selected offer and then pages were finished and no info how to receive certificate
No address in google to direct to them though they do show up in google as to how to start all over again and no way to GET certificate
