Scott HolmQuist/Jim Silva Collection Agency on a Scavenger Hunt for anybody old Debts

This is an old debt that this company is holding onto, the way I found out about these people, when I apply for class this year, and it came up in the college office under another name, I called a college in Los Angeles Ca. And from what I understand it was an old federal Perkins Loan back in 1978 thats has been written off and these collection agency picked it up, this paper work was sold to three collection agencies, I called the man was already on the defense, talking loud and crazy at me because I ask him about it, I didn't get any written notice and he would'nt send any information on it, what do they do dig to the bottom of the barrel, its a number game with these Scavengers, get as many as they can maybe one out of a thousand can put some money in their pocket LOL! What a living, that is so sad for them. I'm still writing to the college and calling certain sources to get this resolve, anyone can help holler! Thanks
