Ripoff I never used the servive and want it take off my credit card bill

I have written to Aspire Visa and called Aspire Visa and I have called ION America, Inc. Hollywood at 1-888-303-3832 I have not been satisified with the results. I mailed the packet to Aspire Visa and they returned it and said I have to mail it to ICON America but I can not find their address. This is a bad mark on my credit report because of the ongoing dispute. Please, someone help me resolve this situtation.
