Dishonesty

I contacted you about my student loans and was told that you could send me paperwork to work on placing my loans into "forgiveness" and i said ok, but that i had to try to make an appt with my doctor since you needed for a doctor to fill them out. Well my doctor hasn't been in the office for over a month and i found out that you all turned my name over to a collections agency? That was really low-down! You didn't even give me a chance to try to get the paperwork filled out! Salli mae and these collection agencies talk down to people like we asked to be in the situations that we are in, but nobody wants to take it into consideration that there are people like me and others that are on disability and even more so, have children who are also disabled and basically in a round about way, you told me that you really didn't care if me and my child were out on the streets. If i knew then what i know now, i would had never tried to go back to school to try to better myself. That was a waste of my time.
