Inc rip-off! Money back guarantee for avlimil not honored

I have purchased Avlimil from this company for well over 15 months. I called to cancel after 12 months and asked for the money back guarantee. I was told the guarantee would not be effective unless I bought another 5 months supply. Due to my start date, and that if I made the additional 5 month purchase I would receive my "guaranteed" refund.

At this time I spoke to a supervisor and was again reassured that it would be no problem. I called today to cancel after purchasing the additional 5 months and was told I needed the boxes for a refund and also THAT BECAUSE THEY SENT ME 2 FREE MONTHS AS A COURTESY BECAUSE I WAS UPSET THIS WAS CONSIDERED A "SPECIAL OFFER OR UPGRADE"

This information also came from a supervisor who could not figure out who the previous supervior was that I spoke to or whether or not she even still works for this company. Unfortunately I was at home and my information is all at work. This company is a total rip off whose word or guarantee means absolutely nothing. I am now worried they will continue to take funds out of my bank account even after receiving assurances that this has been canceled.

IF YOU ARE SMART YOU WILL NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES OR RECEIVE OFFERS FROM THIS COMPANY! The supervisor I spoke with today said she would write it up? And try for a refund but would not let me speak to anyone above her, but she didn't believe I would be receiving a refund.
