Ripoff Avlimil money back guarantee what a joke

I ordered Avlimil back in July of after looking it up online and reading the "money back guarantee". I felt pretty safe about trying it out. The "money back guarantee" stated that I needed to save the boxes for 12 months and if not satisfied, I could send it back.

I contacted Warner Health Care, Inc.in May to tell them that it just didn't work for me and that I had saved the boxes as told and I wanted my money back. I was directed to a supervisor named "Mike" who told me that in his computer it showed that I didn't start getting the product until Sept. 2003. I told him that was incorrect and that I would pull my bank statements and fax them to him to prove that I had been receiving the product way before Sept. 2003. He told me that the "money back guarantee" did not start until Sept. 2003 and that I had to take it 1 year before I could get a refund. He also informed me that he would research my account and call me back.

Two weeks later, I called him back and he gives me the same run around about not getting the product until Sept. 2003 and not getting a refund. I told him to cancel my account and that I would pull all my bank statements and get back to him.

This was in May. I was sent and charged for Avlimil in June and in July. Again I called Warner Health Care, Inc. Customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor. "Juana" tells me the company did not have a money back guarantee in July. (now that I can prove I have been getting the product by my bank statements) I explained to her that the money back guarantee may have changed as of Sept. 2003 but when I signed up and started receiving this product, it was 12 months of saved boxes and I would get my money back. I did not print out the terms from my computer in July and if anyone out there has them from the web site... Please contact me!"Juana" said she would cancel my account as of today and refund me the two extra months that have been charged since I cancelled the last time in May.
I'm not holding my breath!

When I accepted this product and bank draft, it was in good faith of this company. I read and understood what I was required to do in order to receive my refund if I was not satisfied, however, according to Warner Health Care, Inc. The money back guarantee didn't even start until Sept. 2003 and since I became a customer before that time, I would not be able to get a refund. I have been paying for this product for 13 months now and would have been happy with just the 12 months that I was "guaranteed" but Warner Health Care, Inc. Is a rip off! They do not stand behind thier advertised word or otherwise. These people should be ashamed of themselves but I'm sure their to busy taking our money to care.
