Injustly fired

Nardalina Soray Hernandez. I've been a trainer at David Roberti EEC for 17 years. On March 15.2012 I received a notice saying I'd shed my work because of the economic issues the area was keeping. Later we were informed from the marriage that there have been resources until next year, therefore we'd be used for another year. On June 14 I went into function and my worker quantity wasn't there. Our colleague Elsa Garay confronted exactly the same issue. Therefore we named time to determine exactly what the problem was. Once I talked to somebody they stated that I had been not about the rehire listing and my last evening of function could be July 29 for lacking a training course, English 101. Our co worker that has acquired her B.A. Was informed her transcripts were not within the program. Just before this neither my colleague or I obtained a notice declaring these might cause us to obtain dismissed. I've requested for my work back underneath the conditions that I consider the program however they do not provide me a right solution rather they provide me the run-around. Within my 12 years at David Roberti both my colleague and that I trained kindergarten whom are thought school-age kids. While training school-age kids academics have greater pay when compared with preschool. At none of those occasions did they question our capability or capability and today they wish to conserve money for themselves I am deemed unqualified. I've created many efforts to obtain the marriage to complete anything for me personally however it does not appear as though they're likely to assist that's why I've turned to different options.
