Litton Loan Servicing
Ripoff, glad to know I am not only one having nightmares from this company, there is no talking to them

My original loan was with Ocwen Bank and somehow got transferred over to litton loan servicing, houston, texas. I have horrible stories to tell since they took over my mortgage a few years ago and by the way are all documented with names and dates of people I have talked within the company. They forceplaced ins and when ask who policy was with, could not be provided, when ask for copy of policy, could not be provided. I have had numerous times when they have hung up in my face. When charges have been placed on the account their reps cannot give you a straight answer of what the charges are.

My escrow has grown to a negative balance when it started in a positive balance and I continue to make monthly payments to the escrow account, cannot happen w/o some unexplainable charges added.

They have added attorney fees on my account and have been told by Mr. Benny Hibler at least 4 different dates of foreclosure sales who is with their executive resolution team and by the way this foreclosure took place after I was returned a check for payments to catch up loan at the time they say it was not enough which i have documentation from their own letter head that it was plenty to take care of.

They have raised my payments after remodification on a fixed rate mortgage and held my payments making me behind on my payments.

I am a simple female with a simple income and have tried to talk with the company in resolution to the problem but there is no talking to them.

Companies such as this should be forced to lose it all.
