Ripoff scams

I recently recieved a letter saying that a picture of my newborn son was chosen by a selection committee to be in a book called Endless Journeys.

Thank you everyone who wrote about their experience with these people, I was just about to send alot of money to this company thankfully I did not. I do have a phone number for them, however I don't know if it is legitimate but if it helps anyone here it is 1-410-363-4800. If anyone has any other info about this scam please notify me.
