Ripoff dishonest fraudulent bill and service

This driver name is Albert E. Carlson actually, he is a contract driver for Croos Country Auto Transport. The CCCAT acted as a Brokerage, and get the customer to earn deposit money from customer, balance will be paid by the time customer bet the car.

This driver never be reached even CCAT called, his voicebox is always full.ccAT can't control what he did at all.

He called wrong tel# (Actually he didn't call, when I checked right away) as an excuse to not pick up my car for delaying one week. Then, he had another excuse for not delivery my car and said some company has scheduled to pick up cars from Hawaii, the comapny didn't open so he has to wait in LA (where he is living) for two days. Finally the delivery date is delayed 10 days. Totoal cost my frind to stay in Hotel for extra 17 days.
Then, before he delivery, he called delivery tel# to ask pay extra $75.00 and must be Cash. The Contract wrote very clearly " Balnace due upon delivery payable in Cash or Cashier's Check unless prior arrangement have been made." I did make an arrangement and gave my credit card to CCAT. The driver insisted on CASH only. And he scared my friend and said, if you didn't pay, you will lose your car, or I will tow it to LA and put a storage it will cost you hundreds dollar, and when he re-delivery the cost will be $1.00 per mile etc. So my friend paid CASH $775.00 (the balance is $700.00). He is real swindler.

I will send all his information to IRS to ask to check his his illegal income as well.

The contract and Ad clearly metioned the driver must do door-to door service, actually, we did by ourself, and excuse for the driver said the street is too small to get into.
