Ripoff, don't order, fraud company! And Delaware

Stardiet PM is a total Rip off. They sent me a brochure explaining their product and when I called to order they were quick to get all my information. When I ordered it was at the end of May around the 25th.
I called them June 7th to track my product and they said they had a back order and a lot of peoples product was being delayed because of it. They told me they didn't think it would be going to well. Then I called at the end of June then they told me that they received the damaged package back so they have to send me another one.
Later around July I called them back they told me that they are very sorry for the delay and that it is on its way to call back next week. So I did call back the following week. Well nothing still so I just told them this was crazy and I want my money back and they agreed.
I left it at that I checked my statements to see if they credited me back and nothing happened. So now that I called both their 1-866 numbers they don't work. They both say they don't work in my area any more. I called info. On both their New York and Delaware addresses to find them and still they tell me there is nothing on these people. They gave me a phone number to A.R. L at New York, where you were to send your checks to and it was a residence and the woman who voicemail answered seemed mad because she explained how it was her phone number and that all those people calling A.R. L to stop calling that they were jipped and that they need to report this to the authorities because this is a fraud.
These people need to be caught. Before ordering anything from mail or internet be secure because people like these are everywhere and its every race. I spoke to a latin woman first and then a black woman then a white woman. They speak to you in such a way that you would think it is a legit business.
This is my learning experience to never order by mail or online.
