Ripoff FRAUD AT ITS FINEST They claim since they received such a light box that they will refund $80 of the $270 they owe me

Never again!!! How can a business get away with so many complaints against them??? Blows my mind. Ordered fencing got 4 different shipments (which took over 4 weeks for each to be received.) By the 4th shipment all the other wooden fences fell apart. Called them and they were more than happy to send out a free return FED x label prepaid... Sent them back including the 4th shipment. Might I also add that you have to put the fencing together which takes forever. We took them apart to ship back.

Contacted customer service after 3 weeks to see how the retun process was moving along, as in MY REFUND. They said hasn't been processed. The next week got 4 confirmation cards that ALL WAS RETURNED AND THEY ARE PROCESSING MY REFUND.in MY DREAMS This was back in JUNE.

It's now end of August. They claim that the shipment I returned was under weight, and not the same weight as when it was shipped to me. Also said that one (the 4th shipment) has gone to collections and they cannot speak to me about my acct.

WHAT? Are you kidding? SO every day we call and get transferrd to a voice mail of God knows who and never receive a call back. They claim since they received such a light box that they will refund $80 of the $270 they owe me.

Does anyone out there ever file lawsuits. I've never experienced this and don't know where to go from here except class action lawsuit. Anyone want to put one together??
