Rip-off! They didn't tell the students important information

Career Advantage Group has promised to the entire student body that they will either give us 50% of our tuition fee and continued study or full refund of our tuition. The reason for this refund is the school didn't give us the proper orientation nor should I say they didn't give me the orientation at all.in my situation (as similar with the other student) once I walked in, after I talked to the Director about my education information and work background (sounds like a work interview) she give me a folder with a payment plans, program cost, academic framework, admission requirements and welcome information attached inside.

The school didn't mention to us until 2 months later and after we made a payment of half of the tuition fee (some student made a whole payment) about the qualification to pass the NCLEX to become an LVN (not 6 months as they advertise in the local Pilipino Newspaper). It might even takes years and years including the work experience that we have to have if we wanted to challenge the NCLEX.

Also, they didn't mention to us before that, if we need to do the clinical (which is very important in the program) we need to pay it separately and most of us can't afford it since we student thinks that all the necessary program that we need to do is part of tuition fee. All of us complain that the school didn't inform us in regards to this situation from the very beginning for us to be aware of the situation that we still have a long way from taking an NCLEX to become an LVN, not 6 months as they promised.

So, to rectify the mess they made they promised us to either 50% refund or whole refund. But now, the school kept putting us off in regards to the refund. They kept inventing all kinds of excuses. They say that the money is pending right now. Pending of what? Pending of investigation? What investigation? Most of us paid them in cash. The school is the one who made false promises to the students and they admitted their wrong and now they promised to give us the refund which we intended to collect in full. To make matters worse the school is not even licensed to teach the whole course of LVN. Please help.
