Ripoff, con artists, fraudulent, deceptive, un-ethical, manipulative

Our company was fraudulantly coaxed into a contract with CIT by a Credit Card processing company, Transaction Merchant Services. When CIT was notified of this deception they refused to address the issue. They simply wanted their money, they had no concern to the fact that a company they affiliate themselves with works with such deceptive manipulation. When a class action lawsuit was one against TMS, CIT refused to work with our company on a reasonable solution again they simply want their money. A basic credit card machine is now costing me over $5,000.00
