Billes you for membership before yu sign up for it ripoff Provo

I accepted their free offer of cosmetics to cost $1 plus 4.95 S&H. They billed me $1 plus 6.95 S&H. Then, the same day, 6-24-04 they billed me 63.00 for nothing! I didn't receive the cosmetics until 2wks after they billed me, and was received broken and unusable.

I read nothing about the 63.00 in the terms of agreement except that I had 30 days to try their cosmetics and IF I wanted to be a member, up to 63.00 would be charged to my account. I never had the chance to sample the products and when I tried to cancel, (as soon as I received the awful mess those cosmetics made) they wouldn't let me... Since they already had taken the money out, they said nothing could be done.
