IU, rip off kings DO NOT GO HERE

I searched Rip off report a few years back when thinking of attending this school. Many cases came up and i should have known then. I asked the guy tom (salesman for school) and he gave me some random bull &*%$ lie about what had happened in each one. Its been a few years since i went there so my memory is not as crisp, forgive me.

The "school" is around 5,000 i believe and you must put money down. I think i was 2,500 into it when i realized how much of a scam it all was. The things they teach you are borderline scams. You "buy" a house and sell it for higher amount and keep difference. Well you dont tell the client or homeowner what your doing, rather have "hidden" terms. Basically you have to have no soul or morals and be cold blooded like the family that runs the joint. They are horrible people and have made millions off of ripping people off.

Long story short, years pass and now im being sued for 15,000 dollars. I called them a thousand times and spoke via email about canceling my membership and me not owing money. If i dont attend then they dont have to pay teachers to teach me. Bottom line is they lose no money, but their smart scammers and have you locked in a contract. One with no buy out clause in it like an apartment would have.

Moral of all this is: why in the world does this company believe they deserve 15,000 of my money for me going to their POS school for 2 months? Can you see how theyve made miilions now? Last thing is when the sherrif served me the papers he actually apologized and said " another one ripped off by investors united" Wow. Please re think going here, you will regret it. You will never make the money you put into it. Ask to speak to their past clients.
