Unauthorized to draw money out of checking account

Well, I've been the latest victim of MWI Simple Escapes. I found a debit on my statement saying that 9.95 had been drawn out on 6/21/04. Well, I got the statement on 7/19/04. I pondered it for a couple of days and I pulled my statement up online and it showed another 9.95 drawn out on 7/21/04.
Well, on the statement sent to me it showed me a 1-800 number. I called it and got nothing. So I looked online to at least see what the company did. I was shocked when I didn't see anything on the company except for notice after notice of people complaining about them and lawsuits pending against them!
Well, that afternoon I called them up and this time got a live voice. They were very nice and swore they would credit both instances back to my account. So far it's been a week and only one instance has made it back to my account. I'm going to give it another day or so and harrass them again if I don't get the rest of my money back.
