Ripoff Unauthorized $79 charge on my inactive account Orange

I was surprised to see that I had an overdraft on a bank account which I rarely use. I keep that account only for emergencies for my daughter's travel expenses. I researched the name of the company which fraudulently accessed my account only to discover that this company has a history of fraudulent activities similar to what I am experiencing.

I immediately telephoned CIC and after a being on hold for over 20 minutes finally talked to a person named Dean at extension #2284. The drift of the conversation implied that the policies of this company were to not be compliant or flexible with refunds. Additionally it was obvious that Dean had been instructed to not discuss anything related to the pending class-action lawsuit against this company. Dean claims I might get a refund. We shall see.

In the meantime I will be researching this company and filing reports through the Better Business Bureau, this website and any other resources I can find which might assist in sullying the name of these shisters.

What is most amazing is seeing that this company has been exercizing these nefarious activities for some time now and are still in business. If there are no legal means to subdue such thievery or if such legal retributions is too slow... Maybe other mor creative means may be employed to bring these devils to their knees.
