Just One Man Makes Many Lives Miserable

It all started when I started to work for a company called Communikate.com Media. The company deals with the new media and video editing industry by providing such services as web design, CDROM authoring, special effects and video editing. I worked there for approximately 2 months completing various contracts.

One of my bosses named "Stuart Stacey", made my life and his business partners life completely miserable. My contract states that he owes me $2300.00. I have recieved $1500.00. He still owes me $800.00. Not only that, I can also sue him for breach of contract for taking my artwork and changing it to suit his own needs and putting his own name on the work without any credit assigned to me. I had designed two websites and completed them. He took my work, changed a few things around and then took credit for the design himself.

Now, that's just me. It just gets worse. Apparently, Stuart also owes my co-worker over $2000.00. He also owes his business partner around $8000.00. He completely denies owing his partner any money.in fact, he is trying to manipulate the situation by making it seem like his business partner is the one who owes him money.in fact, he is actually holding in his house several thousands of dollars worth of his business partners equipment and he will not give it back. There are many other details to this story that I am not going into because there is enough evidence to see that this man is a criminal.

I'm sure he also owes his spouse a great deal of money as well since, she was the one who financed half the business in the first place.
