Someone help me! I do not know where to contact their office so I can get a refund!!!

They send me an email with a hard to remember password, almost imposible to remember, then, when i try to search some one and it dosent work, and the things that they say come with it, you must buy seperatly, for one the unclaimed money thing.

Then they say you can get a 90 day refund, but they do not tell me where to contact them to GET that refund. It seems like a big scandelous elaberate hulcks to me (sorry if i spelt that wrong). But on top of it all, none of the things they do supply you with, dosen't work.

So what I'm asking is can some one help me find the the link to where i can contact the office. Thanks for your help.
