Ripoff, fradulent charge

They promise you a free credit report (which tells you pretty much NOTHING) and ask you to become a member... Even if you say no, they continue charging your account without you ever having authorized the charges. I was charged two fees of $9.95 before I noticed. I called my back, got a refund, closed the account they were charging, and am now filing a complaint at the Better Business Bureau.
