Rip-off! They take your money, and give nothing in return!

I had aol included with my new computer, but couldn't find an access # that was not long distance. While working on that, my not so brilliant sister told me about wmconnect, and how affordable it was. After the first month, I had resolved my problems with the aol #, and called to cancel the wmconnect.

The lady I spoke with was friendly, and offered me 2 free months to browse around the site. I didn't need it, but I agreed. When I was supposed to call back and cancel again, I tried to Call for 3 full days, and could not get through to cust. Service. It would just ring and ring. When I finally got through on the 4th day of attempts, there was a foreign man on the other end of the line that I couldn't even understand!

I tried over and over to ask him to repeat himself just so I could try to understand what he was saying, and finally just asked to speak to someone else. He refused, telling me something like "You are alredy paid up" I finally figured this out when I saw the charges from wmconnect on my credit card bill! I was not very happy about this of course, and he told me my credit card was billed 3 days before, as I was trying to get through for days before.

I was angry, and asked for my credit card to be credited of that charge, and his response was that he couldn't do anything about that, refused to let me speak with a Supervisor, claiming there wasn't any Supervisors there at that location. I am now trying to find the physical address of where this so called internet provider is, and try to resolve my issues there. If anyone can help me find this address, email me please.

I have a family to take care of, and I don't appreciate companies taking anything away from my family. When they take my money, they are happy, but my family is the ones who suffer. Why should I pay for a service I am not getting anymore, and that I do not want, or will ever want again?
