Ripoff won't cancel membership steals your money Springfeild

Tried to cancel my membership with them several times. Tried to cancel over the desk, they told me they didn't except cancelations over the desk, and that I had to mail a letter in telling them I would like to cancel. I thought that in the first places was ridiculous. I sent the letter 3 weeks before my next billing date and they still billed me even after they had recieved the letter far in advance.
