I was charged 39.96 on June 28th from an order I placed the prior week... The next day, a charge appeared on my bank statement reflecting that I had been charged twice instead of once for the aforementioned amount. I contacted circuitmicro.com (which is a near impossible thing to do) and was told that, yes, they did doubl-charge me and that my money would be returned to my bank account in 2-3 days. Needless to say it has not been returned and I can no longer get a hold of anyone. The answering machine that always seems to pick up says that someone will return the call within 24-48 hours... I have left 9 messages since the 30th of June and NOT ONE has been returned.

I have also e-mailed the "comapny" twice and have yet to receive a response. When I wsa able to talk to someone regarding their "mistake" I was also told that I would receive documents via email that would allow me to make the purchase I had intended to make. I was told that I would receive the documents that night or the next evening at the latest. That, also, has never happened and I doubt it ever will. My point is this - I don't believe this is a real company. It sounds like a guy who put up a website that has a customer service # that takes you to an answering machine in his house. The "company" takes your money and you will never hear from them again. Don't use this site!
