Sherod Santos, Richard B. Schwartz, Lori Franz ripoff UM retaliated against me for sexual harassment complaint, then lied about it

I was admitted to a so-called competitive Creative Writing Program to work on a Phd with a specialty in poetry writing, but when I told the director of the program I was uncomfortable with his graphic, thretatening speech and inappropriate behavior I was summarily and without due process banned from taking further courses in the program and encouraged to follow a less suitable program of study. The Deans of the Arts and Sciences School and the incoming Provost, Lori Franz, helped this professor cover-up for his behavior. I tried to file a grievance, but it became obvious the University was not committed to providing a fair hearing.

They even went so far as employing the University
police as postmen to deliver a dismissal letter. This letter included an appeals procedure which the University quickly reneged on and refused to follow. I was actually myself accused of harassment just for bringing the subject up. The University has no adequate policy to address sexual harassment or retaliation and have had no professional, reasonable or understanding word to offer on the subject.
