I am a student at NCU (NORTHCENTRAL UNIVERSITY) in their PhD program. I am a straight A student with the University. I had an over 3.5 GPA in my MBA program. I am trying to complete my degree and I am not able to get passed the ABD process.
After filing a harassment complaint with the University, my entire experience changed. Now I have had to pay for my most recent "course" twice and no one will speak with me. They have sent me emails stating that they do not speak with students (which I have documentation of) and that all communication can "be handled through email".
Their actions have intentionally made it impossible for me to complete my degree - after spending thousands of dollars and a significant amount of time and energy.
