I ordered his on line tax lean made easy course and paid for it on 2-6 and never recieved the downloadable access. I then sent several emails that I have doccumented to him and several phone messages, but he doesn't respond. He stole my money and when I went to my bank statement, the phone number on the buisness contact in a cell phone and is canceled. I have been ripped off and so will you. I am real, not a planted complainer from another course. I hate being robbed
