US Birth Certificates
False advertising, bait and switch, dishonesty, violated contract

Company was suppose to provide a legal brith certificate in 3-5 days. At day 7 we were told it was coming. AFter checking with New York, it had not been ordered. We were then told it was delayed because our credit card was decline, bank verified that was a lie.

Company then refused to talk us for a day. Once they did, we asked for tracking number, they refused. At day 9 they called to tell us about a number they had. We had rush ordered a certificate through another company. They attempted to use the verification of order from another company as their own. Day ten, day before cruise, still waiting on them to send birth certificate.

When called day ten, they told me they do not speak to me anymore they are done with me and called my wife a liar. Told me my bank lied about my card being denied, and told me that it was bullshit I ordered a certificate from another company and didnt let them fix it.
