Rip-off!

When trying to obtain a job back trucking i ran into problem I was not even aware of first dac lie about a company I worked for dac said I did not work for them and when I provided pay stubs the truck company stated it must be a incorrect/mistake on dac part.

Now all of a sudden dac is saying I had two accident I have never heard of before this day. And I want them off my record before, legal action will be taken since the government pass the new law for the trucking industry about providers like DAC services. Must verify reports and after being informed of incorrection in reports must remove said within 48 hours or before with correction made to inquirer and said companies.
