Remington Moving And Storage
Mover stole our belongings!

Remington Moving and Storage was supposed to pick up our belongings on July 31st from Palo Alto, CA and move us into San Francisco, CA on August 19th. The mover that picked up our belongings stole the truck!

Remington did not notify us of the theft until they were supposed to move us in on August 19th. They knew of the theft and did not notfiy us. Since I did not receive a confirmation email stating that our goods were in storage, I called Remington on 4 different occassions. They never called back. One time one of the Remington owners answered the call and told me he would get back to me after he called the storage facility - even though they knew our belongings were stolen!

Remington refuses to make us whole for our loss. They are dodging correspondence with me and will not respond.

Remington is a hazard to the community. They do not have policies or procedures in place to prevent this from happening again. They should not be in business and I highly recommend that no one uses them in the future. Protect yourself!
