Ripoff internet scam

While looking at my bank statement discovered an unauthorized charge of 79.95 by CIC Credit Monitoring.

I am on Social Security Disability and it caused my account to overdrawn. The date this action was done is 06/21/04.

I do not know how they acquired my bank account number. I did not ask for a credit report.

I did recently order from reputable on-line department stores. How did they acquire the bank account number from them?!
