Ripoff Giant pyramid scam! Preys on young talented individuals!

I am so thankful that I checked this website before I accepted a position with GGC/Meriam Marketing! It is is a HUGE pyramid scam!!! The only people that get rich are the people at the top.

The first thing you probably noticed at your interview was how ATTRACTIVE and YOUNG the people who work there are. There is some method to their madness. Many cults place attractive people at the helm to make others desire that kind of position. Additionallly, they prey on recent college graduates who are naive to the "business world" (not to be discriminating to younger people, but they don't hire older people because they have seen this kind of thing and know better)

The next thing that concerned me is that they don't talk about your compensation package until the elusive second interview. Now, I'm not sure how many people make it to the second interview, but I'm assuming it is everyone under the age of 25 and semi-attractive. They will make it seem as if you have been selected from a large group, and are on of very few and far between, "a real find". During the second interview, you are taken into the field. Starry-eyed with expectation for an exciting career in the business world, I was disappointed to discover that I was soon walikng through the Ghetto preying on poor people who are probably not informed of their consumer rights. They emphasized the integrity the company has, but all it is is high pressure sales.

Fortunately, I managed to have lunch with several other candidates, who expressed the same concerns I had. We found this website and were able to reject the practically guaranteed position with the company. I encourage everyone to read the reports written by other employees who have shared their cautionary tales of getting further involved in this company. If you have a funny feeling about a company, it is probably valid. Go with your gut, you won't be sorry.
