Ripoff Gave Wrong Date Information RE: Expiration of License and Sold Me Useless Study Material

My real estate license issued date was 11-99 and expiration date was 5-8. There is a 2 year window on renewing your expired license without having to repeat the entire testing procedure.

I phoned the school in late April or very early May asking for a copy of my continuing ed certificate. They checked my license number on the internet and I was informed that I needded to complete my mandatory 45 hours of study before November or lose my license and have to retest.

I ordered the study materials, gave them my credit card # and received the study materials. After study, I called the school for a pin # to take the test online and was informed that I wasn't eligible to retest, my license has gone beyond the two year grace period and that I had used the wrong date. I informed them that their school had supplied me with the date. They sold me books, knowing that I wouldn't be qualified to take the test.

Now I have the pleasure of studying my butt off for an exam that 66% of all persons testing the first time fail, traveling 3 1/2 hours from where I live, and the expense spending the night in a hotel, so that I can retake the a real estate exam I've already taken.

All because this nitwit who answered the phone at Premier gave me the wrong date. I can only think to email all of the big real estate offices in California with a warning about these people. No offer of refund wither.
