I received a call saying that I would receive $200.00 worth of gas coupons and a calling card from utalkunlimited. They gave a customer service number and told me that I would only have to pay $3.95. I remember what I agreed to. They said that the services will be mailed to me, and that i could cancel at any time within seven days. After seven days, i would be charged. I have not received any materials, and it has only been five days since I spoke with a customer service rep. On June 18, there were two charges of 3.95 against my account and a $99.95 check from American Values against my checking account. The checks have been made up. They are not my checks and are made up check numbers. I never authorized any charges over $3.95. When I called American Values at (800) 205-7862 (I have spoken to five people now), neither one would let me speak with a supervisor. They would not give me their physical address. They would not tell me who the owner (s) of the company is or where located. Further, they said they would send me a form to get a refund! I have not received anything from them in the first place. I asked them to fax the form to me, and they refused.
