Warning: potential www.academon.com fraud

I will crawl from the gates of hell on the jointed burnt twigs from my funeral pyre to secure total payment from this company.

I am a ghostwriter with over 20 years experience producing custom documents for a variety of clients. Recently, ill health forced me to engage the academic resources center inc. D.B.A. Www.academon.com to purchase an inventory of over 20,000 files. Mr. Dror habusha, a barbadian, who represents himself as drew, secured a sample and then 3 shipments of files totaling 2,692 documents of various styles and sizes. We agreed upon a full inventory license purchase price of $6 per document for the main web site and a $3 per document purchased for an unnamed secondary web site. A licensing agreement was signed with a $3,000 advance and shipments of 500 files per week in his required format. I was fully aware that a single sale of each initially shipped file could yield his organization profits of as much as $22,000 and my entire inventory could yield profits of over $1.5 million on a single sale of each document. To date, i have received no payment, though payment was promised two weeks ago. However, the issues do not stop here.

Investigation has revealed:
(1) www.academon.com is an arm of a us based term paper mill the student resources network inc.
(2) academon posted my documents for worldwide sale before a licensing agreement was signed and remains in full control of my files with a free hand to engage in possible copyright infringement, license fraud, theft, international wire fraud, internet fraud and plagiarism.

(3) there is no secondary site. It is a rotating database sold and subscribed to along with a subsidiary web site by people seeking partial profits from the resale of documents procured from unsuspecting students. This leads this writer to believe the organization sought to procure more files at lower costs.

(4) the company provides no objective accounting other than a stated, but unverified, 91 documents purchased for may from those shipped entitling me to an immediate credit to my unpaid advance of $546.00.

(5) there is no reasonable means to track the use of my documents.

(6) my files can be used at any time under any name making them valuable only to academic resources center inc.

(7) based on the current purchase rate and the impossibility of reusing or selling these files in another market, it is this writer's opinion that www.academon.com owes this writer as much as $16,152 for the files permanently in its possession, and $120,000 for my full inventory.

(8) all attempts at collection have failed and stall tactics dominate the transaction.
Beware: to date this writer is working with the barbadian embassy, the national news and barbados advocate, the ftc, fcc, fbi and all other domestic and international agencies to collect payment in full and will seek every civil, and criminal penalty available to collect for my work and the devastating social dynamics this man's apparent fraud have caused.
Email academoncom_fraud@msn.com or call stop academon at (360) 696-9366 to share your experience or offer help.
This man has left me destitute, all but homeless, without sufficient medication, and is apparently bilking the student and academic communities reaping huge profits on illegally procured documents.

There is no room for verbosity. Www.academon.com and its parent company may tender immediate certified payment for $3,000 and remain in control of the files they have or face domestic, international civil and criminal penalties.
