Documents section throwing 404 erro

Installed latest teamlab with mysql.
Although I am able to upload the documents i am not able to

Create folder /
neither uploaded files are displayed

Http://*.com/products/files/#3
gives me a 404 error saying the file or directory may be

I have given full permissions to / Data folder for all users including networks ervice and.net 3.5.
I can also see files in mysql database.
Web. Storage. Config lists default paths -

I have doubt on this line but no success even upon changing.

Can someone reply as whats going wrong
