Columbia House ripoff not good business practice Haute

I received in the mail a movie that I didn't order and have heard from others since that they have had the same problem. I guess that they are expecting most to just keep the movie and allow the money to be taken from your bank. I sent it back and asked that the amount be refunded to my account and have had no response from them. I can't find a number to contact them. I am still waiting. This is not good business practice.
