Ripoff, took money out of my account unauthorized

I don't know who this company is but I just noticed a charge to my checking account for 14.95. This company took this money from my account with no authorization. I called them and was told I would get a refund in 2 days even though I won't be holding my breath. I have not bought anything that I have seen others mention from infomercials so I don't know how they got my info. I do know I am LIVID and am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission also which I encourage others to do as well to get these people investigated.
