Ripoff, liars

Fairbanks applied our payments to wrong accounts or applied no payments at all. They have tried to forclose on us for the last 2 years about 9 times without notifying us legally. We have since signed a forbearance agreement with alot of fees added due to all of the disputes I have had with them. I have not been able to find a lawyer or afford one that could help us.

They lied about what they did, caused us embarrassment by having us published in the local newspaper. They need to be stopped.
