FAIRBANKS CAPITAL ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

Fairbanks Capital, is trying to foreclose on my home, after trying once before. They keep assessing more late charges, when the payments have been there and on time but according to them they are not. I have 3 payments out to them, with the proof they were delivereed and they tell me they are not there, that they can not be applied to my account
