Ripoff, check new laws enacted in 2003 which make this companies claims false & misleading

Company sells training program and offers a certification into a "national association of disability specialist" to individuals wanting to learn how to operate a social security disability advocate/representative business.

Company promotes and claims that a government ssa loop hole allows a non-attorney the ability to practice this profession, and do so just 24 hours after completing their special training program. The exact words they use are: you don't need a degree, special licenses or anyone's permission to start and operate your service.

This was the case prior to march 2, but not now. On march 2 the social security protection act of 2003 was passed into law by the 108th congress, public law 108-203. Sec 303 nationwide demonstration project provides new standards for non-attorney social security disability representatives.

New standards; bachelors degree required, passing of a examination administered by social security administration required, liability insurance required, criminal background checks required.

Do your home work before believing anything this company claims! Beware, the national association of disability specialists appears to not exist. It's an association operated by the company, complete scam. Company also fails to provide a physical address, another red flag.
