Ripoff!

I am so upset. I am a college student who was hoping to pay off the rest of my tuition and get me a car soon. I mailed in a payment of 38.00 to the company on April 24th. On May 3rd, I received notice that the company had cashed the check I sent.

Today, I went online to see what I could find out about the company and all of these consumer complaintss came up. Now I am afraid, I won't be able to pay off my college tuition or get me a car to get me around town. I am now not sure if I should continue to check the mailbox, because of what I have read. I am so upset. Please help me find a way to sue them or get my money back.
