Retail services ripoff does not follow up on getting their payment via bank transaction

In May I was trying to get my account caught up as i had promised household i would do, so i authorized have payment to be debted out of my account on the 29th of May for 136.50 and pay another 136.50 in April.

As of april 3rd the payment has not been taken out of my account I received a letter on the 28th of May confirming this transaction, it reads current balance due 91.00, for the month of May that is what I would still owe to bring my account up to date. Ok as of right now we are are still on the same level of understanding my bill.

UNTIL now I recieved a letter today April 3rd reading I still owed 273.00 householdbank (THEY) failed to take their payment of 136.50 out of my account as of today which I authorized to do so in good faith of trying to get mt account brought up to date. (THEY) send this note that i im 40 days past due and they tell me they will send this into collection or repo. I have delt with these people for 2 years now my account balance has not dropped since i bought my 4 wheeler in 2 years. They increased my interset rates because I was behind on the payments.

I have come to the point that regardless of how or when you pay this company they will ruin your credit. My account has been closed. I think failing a chapter 7 through the courts would be better then dealing with these people. Im never going to pay them off unless i pay in full (which i cannot at this time). Oh yes now my balance is 100.00 more then it was last month. This is for householdbank forgive the debt as i have forgiven the debtor.
