Ripoff no customer service sent unsolicited goods

I received an item ordered from an infomercial. It arrived without any paperwork or invoice.

I found a web address for the company but never get a response.

Now, they have sent a can of powdered drink mix I didn't order. I have warned my credit card company not to accept additional charges from this company.

Another merchant who sells the same infomercial product said they get lots of calls about this Tristar/products on tv bunch and they are, by all reports, very unscrupulous.

'Still trying to get through to someone to get an invoice and find out why they are sending things I didn't order and won't pay for. What a mess!
