I never received my certificate! Trying to locate them but no where to be found!

I attended Harrison Career Institute in Phialdelphia and completed my program of Cardiovascular technology. The school let me walk down the aisle but i never got to complete my externship. The school closed and i was always given a run a round at the time. I never got my certificate either like they said i would recieve. Now im paying them back but i dont even have proof that i even went there. I graduate in 2007.
