I mailed my 2003 w2 taxs form to NADN back in February. As of today I have not rec'd any information regarding my taxs. I have called, left message.

As of today no return call. I was told by a Oryan representive that perhaps my taxs were put on the bottom on the file because I had cancelled the business. No one from NADN have contact me or return my paperwork. Oryan inform me that there company is to paid the balanced of the promissory note is about $6,700 as of today. No where in the contact stated that I had to pay the balance if I cancelled.

This is very upsetting, also the reason why I cancelled the business. I was being ask to put more money into business. Was told I need this and that. I explained to them that I could not afford to pay anymore money. At this point all I want is to get back my W-2 and not owed the balance of the promissory note. I have left so many messages this is unbelievable.

If anyone can help me, please let me know.
